Hey Todd, whatcha having to eats at your reception? Cause if it's only some light food then guess who's having a cook out at his place, that's right ME!!! Just got your invitation in the mail today and the place you're having the reception is just a few minutes from my apt. So wedding is at 2, reception is at 5 and in between there....well you guys all get the idea.

hopefully its a short wedding & we take the pictures BEFORE the wedding (HINT HINT TODD) so that I can come down a few bottles of rum at Dodds before the reception! WOOOO!! LETS GET PISSED!!!!

Boo on you for trying to plan events on my wedding day sir! (Mostly 'cause I won't be able to go myself Smile

So we are having a meal at the reception, not just appetizers or something like that. Not a gigantic meal by any means...uh, maybe the best way to put it is that at least some people will likely pick up food again on the way home after the reception is over.

I can check, but I really don't think pictures before the ceremony will work...this requires that I see Sarah before the ceremony, which is a big no.. Plus the girls all have to get their hair done and take 10 years dressing/getting ready and blah blah blah, so I really don't think pictures before the ceremony will work.

I don't want people to miss being able to hang out w/ Dodd in between if possible (though I am jealous since I won't be able to) but I do not want to show up at my reception and see that my groomsman are running late. This makes me Mad

, and rumor has it you wouldn't like me when I'm Mad

I say we have the cookout AFTER the reception ... Lord knows I've never gone home from a wedding reception thinking "man, I'm stuffed!" Smile

After is always an option too. Before most of us could just swing by and hang out or something.

Here's a thought: Dodd, how much room do you have in your place? Perhaps a couple people could just stay with you and go home the next day instead of driving home at night after the reception?

We have 1 couch and 1 chase + some floor space. Unless y'alls down for ole fashioned sleep over. Laughing

I'll talk to my roommate but I doubt you guys staying with be much trouble. We have a lot of space if you guys don't mind sleeping on the floor. If you guys wanted to bring air matresses we have room for that also.

Todd's big day is tomorrow and I need to hit up the store tonight. I know some of you are in town tonight so if you guys wanna meet up I'm up for that. I'm going to haul ass to get out of work as early as possible but it all depends on how busy we are. I'll have my phone on me so call if you want, if I don't answer I'm probably just really busy. Also, anyone want anything specific from the sto? I was going to pick up some adult beverages so I just need to know how much I need to get. And we do have some space available for those that wanna crash here.
