Why the crap can't I upload a new avatar? 128x128, 29k limit? WTF? Can you change this J?

I'm only confused 'cause my CURRENT avatar is neither the right pixel size NOR file size...its BIGGER in both.

ok, I change the file size to 300k but the 128x 128 I need to leave there. I don't want to many huge things that cause tons of scrolling.

Remember not everyone view this on a huge monitor.

I view this most at work and I have about 800x768 viewable area.

edit:
Adam, I check your current avatar... I don't know how it let that go. I don't remember having it larger and changing it. but it is possible.

I will think about changing the 128x128. but it is the standard on most forums.

Humm. something is strange... I checked Damin's too, and it is out of the 128x128... I am confused. I don't remember changing it.

I will increase it here soon.

EDIT: set it for 192 x 192
