Hope that's just an example pic, and not how it'll actually look in the movie...a bit cartoonish for me.

That is the actual suit they built for Robert Downey Jr. to wear, according to SuperheroHype.com -- but they always exaggerate the coloring because the movie's final lighting will be darker. Did you ever see the Superman Returns costume in normal light? It looked like turquoise & maroon, rather than the vivid blue & red we saw on the screen.

So the coloring will look a little different, but the design is nearly identical to the armor Tony's been wearing in the Civil War series, which, if you ask me, is the most realistic approach Marvel has ever taken to designing his armor. The "golden age" Iron Man armor always irritated me because it looked like he just pulled shiny sleeves & legs stretched over his skin. This looks like ARMOR, as it should.
