Hey folks, this is an advertisement of sorts.

Some of you know Roxi and Tarinth from Section One, and may know they're starting a new company, Sparkforge. Well, adjunct to Sparkforge is their new "hangout spot" GuildCafe. It is a combination forum/album site much like ours, but also has blog capabilities, and is designed specifically with online gaming in mind.

I didn't look into it for the longest time until yesterday, and I actually had quite a bit of fun setting up my account. They have a profile section in which you can list all your previous online games, guilds and such. Then there are threads and "tags" made up for each new game/guild/reference that appears. Just in the process of me doing my profile, Mortal Coil, House of ZAN, and several other new tags are there. It's pretty neat.

They're just in beta, but if you have a little time to check it out, do so. They're going to add more functions, and as you gain more "points" on the site, you gain more abilities, such as making forums for your guild, etc. It's mostly S1 people in there now, but some other guilds have already started joining.

Okay, enough salesmanning...do as you will!
