This is the hero files. Won't work unless you install the models

I haven't finished creating all the characters yet, and there are some multiple skins for some models. Fret not when you find the uber-sucky superman model, there is a better one.

Also, there are a couple really awesome models that I have no skins for (sabretooth and Scarlet Witch). If you guys have questions about the creation process, lemme know.

you actually don't have to use the FTP to download them.

call me a noob but I'm confused with installation. I can easily install the ones that I downloaded from you Damin but my question is how do I add new ones? I put the files where they are supposed to go and the game doesn't see them. However, if I create a new character, it notices the files but only sees them as a giant white cube.

Any help would be appreciated.

If you're seeing characters as white cubes, it means that the character file isn't linked to a model.

If you're creating something new, you have to go through the character menu, select to create a new one, pick a model, THEN attach names/powers/etc. to the model.

I'm not sure exactly what you're talking about, tho. Creating a character is very simple in comparison to dl'ing and installing, so if that's working I can't be sure what's up.

Give me an example:

In my files, I have a Captain America character already set up, with a unique model attached. If you go into your game and select characters, does this character appear (the character as well as the model). Does the model appear if you go to the "create new" option?

You may need to get me on vent sometime if you're still having problems.
