Pirates of the Burning Seas is doing its public stress test starting on Thurs night @ 6PM! I'M THERE! So if anyone else wants to, go download it & lets try it out together. Lemme know, by posting here, if you're going to. We'll get on vent & see what its like.

if anyone gets this downloaded let me know. I only need the data4.cab file. Its only like 600 megs (compared to 4.1 gigs). I can't install the game without it & i've downloaded it twice already!

So i am trying to download the game from a different location (sometimes work) but its taken me 3 hours to download half the file (only 2gigs). So I guess I will try it tomorrow.

After finally getting it downloaded and installed only to find out it is an SOE game, that kinda made me want to uninstall it right there. But I gave SOE the benefit of a doubt and updated the game after I registered it. And I love this quote from the notes.

"It’s a stress test. Things will break."

Um, yeah. Oh yeah Adam we aren't even suppose to talk about this game because of the NDA. Also on a side note for anyone else who wants to try it out. You will need at least 13gigs of space free. The people that packaged the installer is on crack. They taken the installer and compressed it in a self extracting file, THEN they put it in a zip. To you have to uncompress it twice.

Going to actually try the game out Saturday morning since I had all this trouble just trying to install the darn thing.

I read the thing & I haven't writen about it at all. They don't want people to do write ups about it. Look around the net, there aren't many at all.

You can talk about it all you want...just not certain sources. If you think I won't tell, say for example, Dana, what I think of the game...YOU BE NUTZ!
