Okay, I'm planning on coming back down to Columbus to pick up some crap I left (probably about half of it), and stay the night. I'll be staying until Sunday to watch teh Rumble at Lee's, and then I'll be off again.
It really just occured to me that I probably can't warrant driving 2 hours to Lee's to watch every PPV he gets now.
At least I can justify the Rumble and the other big 3, though.
Anywho, the reason I mention this is b/c I've been wanting to see Children of Men.
I've been looking online, and Rave apparently closes this movie mid-week, but it'll be playing Saturday night at Easton at 8:00.
If anyone is up for going, meet up at DDT's. If you's want, we can get foodstuffs first. Lastly, if anyone is up for some board games Sunday, let me know. I'll be hauling them all back to Kent, so they'll be in the trunk of my car Sunday...at Lee's too. |

Call me immediately if you plan on doing a double-header!
I wasn't planning on getting to C-bus until around 5 p.m. or a little later, so call mah cell if you want me to come earlier to see both! If not, I would definitely be up for watching an uber-late showing of Epic Movie, or even watching one of the two flicks Sunday afternoon.
It's up to you guys, but you need to get hold of me if I need to come earlier today! |

Don't waste yer money!
Epic Movie was a horrific piece of crap...the worst movie I've seen since Kung-Fu Hustle...no kidding.
Now Children of Men was very, very good. It was incredibly dark, depressing, and unapologetically violent, but beautiful in a Shindler's List kind of way. Well worth the watch. |

well I had no desire to see Children of Men so it seems it turned out just fine that I missed the night of misery. _________________

Aye, Epic Movie was nowhere near as good as Scary Movie 4... Children of Men was excellent but not in a feelgood way. It's very dark & violent but also very well done -- they weren't kidding about the whole "modern-day Blade Runner" thing, either. _________________
